Return Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

Below are some examples of common exceptions: 

• Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

1. Forward your your order confirmation email to info@440sa.shop to request which products you would like to return.
2. Indicate if you want an exchange, store credit or a refund.
3. For refunds or store credit, we will reply with the address to where you can send all items back to us. Once items have been received, your refund or store credit will be processed.
4. The customer will cover all the courier cost for this process unless the mistake is solely on 440SA.Shop.
5. This process should take no more than 15 days.
